Fall Leadership Conference

SkillsUSA Iowa invites chapter members, officers, and advisors to come together for an exciting two-day leadership experience designed to equip students with the tools to lead strong local chapters and build successful futures.

Students will dive into interactive workshops, team-building activities, and sessions built around the SkillsUSA Framework of personal, workplace, and technical skills. Every experience is designed to help them lead their chapters with confidence, connect with peers from across Iowa, and grow into the champions our workforce and communities need.

Advisors also gain tools, resources, and inspiration to guide their students throughout the year. Together, we’ll set the tone for a year of growth, leadership, and achievement.
